International purchasing and stock controller for Compressed Air Treatment equipment. Candidates who apply without the required experience and qualifications will not be considered. Strong administrative skills (maintain filing systems, compiling data-books and keep multiple spreadsheets) Control warehouse stock levels (for supply and in-house builds) Local purchasing on warehouse and workshop consumables International purchasing (multiple countries) Shipping and forwarding (on international stock purchases) Adjust international price lists based on exchange rates & stock pricing Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and stock shortages Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock usage, as well as resolving delays Printing stock sheets for daily warehouse count and purchase forecast Must have experience in international purchasing Experience in international forwarding (air and sea) Experience with international /foreign currencies Strong numerical skills (for Forex purposes) Technical background - advantageous CTC R25 - R35,000
