Preferred Start Date : Immediately Preferred Age Bracket : 25 - 40 Gender : Female Exports Capturing export sales orders Prepare export transportation and delivery documents, and related letters Create packing list, commercial invoice, COC's etc Work with sea airfreight Liaising with international customers Follow up on ETA's as well as backorders Process freight orders for payment Follow up on payments Active on following up on email, as well as calls Support sales team to achieve targets every month Liaising with sales team, production and dispatch Knowledge of Inco Terms Procurement Capturing purchase orders Follow up on ETA's Knowledge of Inco Terms an advantage Pastel Evolution an advantage Strong personality and ability to work under pressure Team Player Trustworthy Energetic and good attention to detail Strong work ethic Good attendance record Excel knowledge Basic salary – R23 000,00 Medical aid, Provident Fund, Life, Funeral cover
