Areas of responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Order placement and job card creation and maintenance of these entities while in WIP Suppliers manufacture and deliver to the latest engineering requirements Expedited delivery of products and services Communication of the correct engineering data requirements to suppliers Order and job tracking and reporting on such tracking activities Record control of engineering data, purchase order, invoice, delivery note, job card, QC documentation, process certification, etc, data and documentation associated with a delivered product or service Compliance of suppliers with BBBEE requirements Minimum Grade 12 Tertiary Technical qualification Added advantages: Data Analytics (comfortable to work on digital platforms) and automation knowledge. Microsoft Office Understanding of e-procurement systems. Supplier Relationship Management Salary and benefits are market related
