Reference: CPT000498-CB-1 We require a Buyer to secure finished goods from qualified cGMP suppliers, ensuring a reliable product flow at the best possible prices while meeting all specifications. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Logistics or Supply Chain Post Graduate qualification Experience working on Sage or Xperdyte Familiar using ERP systems At least 7 years of experience as a Buyer Proven experience in Lean Principles / Theory of constraints / Six Sigma Pharma or FMCG industry experience Duties and Responsibilities: Negotiate optimal pricing and terms through RFPs and RFQs Secure diverse sourcing from qualified cGMP suppliers Foster strong supplier partnerships with suppliers Manage production flow through the MPS Proactively manage open orders and identify cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with the New Product Development Team to ensure smooth product launches Establish clear communication channels with contract manufacturers by sharing finalized production plans. Provide weekly inventory insights to management, enabling informed production and purchasing decisions. Monitor finished goods inventory and proactively identify potential stockouts or overstocks.
