- Attend to internal requisitions, stock and daily buy-outs
- Sourcing suppliers
- Sourcing spares, pricing, delivery, and quality
- Liaising with suppliers
- Create purchase orders, arrange spares deliveries, and logistics
- Create stock codes onto Bluebox
- Manage van stock, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually
- Cyclically stock counts, stock levels, vehicle stock, and standby stock
- Manage trends on stores issues and buy outs
- Manage supplier guarantees and warranties
- Process credit returns / credit queries
- Process transfers of stock
- Preparing quotation requests / pricing
- Monitor store man
- Relief store man duties
- Minimum 3 5 years experience essential (Construction and Electrical)
- Grade 12 Qualification
- Handle extreme pressure in a service delivery sector
- Experience on Bluebox program will be advantageous
