We are looking for a motivated and organized Buying Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with purchasing, ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement process. Process purchase requisitions from internal departments Research and source potential suppliers for required materials and equipment Obtain quotes and place orders with approved vendors Track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries Maintain accurate records of purchasing activity Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: Previous buying experience would be advantageous Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Computer literate (Outlook & Excel) Experience with Sage X3 Additional Skills (Optional): Understanding of electrical components
