Reference: DT000367-RA-1 Vehicle Sales Cadet (Learnership) - Rustenburg, North West A well-established Automotive Group based in the North West, Rustenburg is looking for young graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in vehicle sales. The successful candidate will be joining a reputable Dealership sales team where they will develop all the necessary skills to become a skilled and qualified Vehicle Sales Executive. This is a 12-month programme and all training and development is provided. Candidates must be committed for the full 12-month period and permanent employment could be considered after the year programme. Requirements: A valid Drivers License is required (non-negotiable) Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Sales, Communication Sciences or equivalent Must not have been registered with a YES programme or initiative within the last 12 months Available to start immediately Computer literate About you: Want to be part of a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced industry and team. Want to establish a long-term career in the exciting and fast paced Motor Retail Sales Sector. Be willing to learn and be trained as a sales professional in Automotive Dealerships sector. Be willing to complete training modules and assignments. Be willing to be coached and mentored. Be willing to work motor retail dealership hours. Be Target driven. Have excellent customer services and people skills. Be passionate about cars and the motor industry. Be able to quickly acquire product knowledge quickly. Have a good marketing personality. Be able to work towards multiple deadlines. Have good administration skills. Salary: Monthly stipend of R5 500 commission on vehicles sold.
