Essential Requirements : Grade 12 certificate At least 2 years' Call Centre experience is an advantage Completely fluent in both English and Afrikaans – both written and spoken Call Centre/Customer Service qualification preferred Be able to work flexible hours between January and April annually Must be Computer literate: Microsoft; Syspro an advantage Duties and Responsibilities : Manage the opening of new Group and COD accounts through the respective channels. Manage the accurate and timeous receipt and processing of orders for a specific portfolio – inclusive of, but not limited to, telephonic and electronic orders. Effective and efficient communication with BU sales, warehouse and distribution teams. Maintain healthy working relationships with all stakeholders in order to offer superior customer service. Manage all customer queries professionally and efficiently – liaising with BU and Logistics teams to deliver on the promise to the customer. Ensure that all customer details are accurate and maintained regularly in Syspro (delivery addresses, contact names and telephone numbers). Compile and deliver accurate, informative reporting to BU Sales Teams on daily/weekly and monthly basis as is required. R18 000 - R22 000 - Monthly plus Medical Aid, Pension Apply Now
