Reference: CAW005572-Mallo-1 Call Centre Agent - Centurion, Gauteng We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Call Centre Agent in Centurion, Gauteng. Primary Duties Make outbound calls or send emails to follow up on leads and nurture clients according to project objectives. Capture, record, and report on new leads as they arrive. Manage designated inboxes to process client communications and take necessary actions. Liaise with client outlets to receive and act on qualified leads. Follow up on leads as scheduled. Key Responsibilities: Lead Nurturing Engage and nurture a specified number of consumers on behalf of our clients to achieve project goals. Make outbound calls and send emails to clients following our nurturing process. Accurately update lead information in our CRM system. Nurture all leads, both new and existing, following the Leads Nurturing Method (as outlined in the training manual). Call Volumes Maintain agreed outbound call volumes and be available to receive inbound calls. Call Quality Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure conversations adhere to the provided talking agenda. Conversion Ratio Achieve a conversion ratio of at least 5% of leads processed. Requirements / Skills: Attention to detail Diligence Previous call center experience (beneficial) Ability to perform repetitive tasks Excellent telephone etiquette and clear pronunciation of English High school diploma (Matric) Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
