Direct Reporting Line Head: Student Recruitment (Full Time) IIE MSA, since April 2019 we are part of The Independent Institution of Education (The IIE), a leader in the higher education sphere. The IIE is internationally recognised by the British Accreditation Council. IIE MSA, located on a 100-hectare campus in Ruimsig, Johannesburg, in the province of Gauteng. In addition to domestic (South African) students, IIE MSA is home to a diverse of cultures of students from 50 African countries. The IIE MSA Ruimsig campus in Roodepoort has a vacancies for Call Centre Operators (X2). Duties and Responsibilities: Fulfilling Telesales Function Fulfilling the telesales function by making initial telephonic contact with students. Scheduling interviews with the students in line with set targets. Explaining the purpose of the interview and the process. Acquires and capturing student's details for the database. Asks career specific questions to establish course of interest and explaining details. Managing call hit/booking/and interview arrival rates for optimal results. Responds to prospect/ student requires and concerns. Completes confirmation calls/ reschedule interviews. Completes CRM (Customer Relations Management) records to track activity. General Activities Assist the Head: Student Recruitment (Full Time) with any related admin/ marketing tasks. Assisting the Admission Centre Co-ordinator with capturing of registration documents during peak periods. Capturing of database. Competencies required: High level of accuracy required in both typing and data capturing Well spoken over the telephone Excellent organisational and administration skills Minimum Qualification required: Matric essential, relevant tertiary qualification is recommended however not essential. Minimum Work Experience required: Minimum of 1-2 years Sales/ Admin/Marketing/Customer experience/ Telemarketing. The IIE's MSA is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
