Call centre sales agent - Durban
We are seeking a candidate that can overachieve goals and targets set out by the company.
This role will be fulfilled by a self-motivated and resilient individual who has the ability to operate independently. You will be a team player who is flexible to meet the needs of the business as well as the willingness to share information and knowledge with your colleagues. The position is based in Westville, Durban.
Package and Remuneration:
R4000 guarenteed earnings
Uncapped commission
Weekly and monthly ncentives
Motivating and exciting office environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a sales agent, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, selling and marketing our products. The successful candidate will be a representation of the company making sure quality standards and principles are being adhered to.
Experience required:
Matric Certificate / NQF Level 4
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Well organised, honest, and reliable
Can work under pressure
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated and resilient
