My client in the BPO is space is seeking to employ EXPERIENCED Sales Call Centre Agents currently residing in Cape Town IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY RESIDING IN CAPE TOWN, I CAN NOT ASSIST YOU This is a role where you will serve as the first point of contact answering inbound back-to-back calls from our customers and engaging directly with Hotel guests as a specialist in sales and reservations, with the opportunity to upskill for more complex calls. You will have conversations with our customers in the United States and Canada to understand their needs, answer questions, and make lasting memories. This means being able to perform various roles, based on training provided. This includes effectively using tools to respond to customer inquiries, including (but not limited to) reservation requests, Hotels Honors account/promotional information, service/stay related concerns or complaints, etc Matric Min 12 months call centre sales experience (Insurance, Life Cover, Telecommunications etc). SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE CALL CENTRE SALES EXPERIENCE. Candidates must have experience with cross-selling and upselling. No Criminal Record SA Citizens Brilliant command of the English Language as you will be dealing with USA and Canadian Clients Brilliant to work rotational shifts between 12:00pm (Mid-day) to 9:00am (Morning).
