Reporting to the Call Centre Sales Manager of the companys' Financial Services, the successful candidates will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads and meet sales goals. The primary objective is to build relationships with clients and persuade them to purchase the companys' products and services QUALIFICATIONS Matric and Diploma/ Degree in sales, business, marketing, or related field RE5 Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in long-term (Selling Funeral Cover) insurance in the financial sector Good time management and organisation skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt well to change. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Exceptional selling, interpersonal and communication skills across a diverse team Multilingual with the ability to speak English and a mini of 2 South African languages e.g., Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho, Pedi and/or Tshivenda Must be willing to work overtime when required. RESPONSIBILITIES Be knowledgeable about the product, selling products and services and representing the brand. Conduct cold calling, validating leads and telemarketing sales Be involved in company market research projects to gather valuable data from time to time before new products are launched. Updating customers database Collecting and reporting on customers’ feedback Training and onboarding new Call Centre Agents Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion to sales. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs. Answer questions about products and escalate when financial advice is required. Maintain contact clients' contact list and follow-up with customers to continue relationships. Preparing and submitting daily reports of progress to ensure good customer service. Participate in company meetings with Managers and other Agents. Be the advocate and live our values.
