UNISA Enterprise (UE) is looking for a suitably qualified candidate for the position of Campaigns Manager . The successful incumbent will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities, including business development, driving campaigns, internal and external communications, marketing, media advisory support, stakeholder management and overall project management in the business unit. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of strong writing, communication and project management skills, and a passion for stakeholder engagement. The duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to: Business Development - Create integrated marketing campaign proposals with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers. Campaign planning & Execution – lead the delivery, monitoring and measurement of business campaigns and their success. Compliance - Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines. Reporting - Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results. Continuous improvement - Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects. Budget Management – Manage project budgets to ensure on time and delivery within budget. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute projects. Degree / Diploma (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Project Management) Relevant post graduate qualification Solid experience in Campaigns Management, Communications and Marketing Social media training and experience would be a strong advantage. MS Office suite – including strong MS Projects At least 3 - 5 years experience within a position with similar duties and responsibilities. Attention to detail and meticulous organisation skills. Be fully conversant in at least two Official South African languages and be able to communicate at ease with all levels of staff, clients and other stakeholders. Sound interpersonal relations and customer service orientation Ability to multi-task Valid driver's license and own transport Ability to work in a diverse team.
