Campaigns Support Specialist at Old Mutual Finance - Western Cape, Pinetown - Old Mutual - South Africa

Responsible for administration around leads and campaign management. Participates in the campaign planning via pre-campaign data extractions. Extracts and execute campaigns based on the agreed criteria. Participates in evaluation and administration of campaign criteria. Measures campaign performance and provides reports to management. Responds to queries regarding clients extracted. Manages the data integrity of the campaign extraction toolset, including quality checks, capability testing and data signoff. Responsible for building strong relationships with cross functional teams. Data and campaign performance analytics, insights, and recommendations. Check and circulate lead summary campaign activity and ensuring seamless executions as per business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor campaigns to enhance effectiveness. Attention to detail. Data Analysis Participates in the campaign planning via pre-campaign data extractions. Extracts campaigns based on the agreed criteria. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification and/or certificates (i.e. online learning) 2 - 3 years sales, campaign support and execution experience essential. Knowledge and understanding of campaigns and reporting tools (i.e. QuickSight, Qlikview, Everlytics, JumpStart or similar) Proficient in Excel HTML advantageous SQL advantageous Desired Skills: SQL HTML EXCEL Sales campaign support Quicksight Qlikview Everlytics Jumpstart Desired Qualification Level: Diploma Apply Now
