Our client is a well establish Law Firm based in Rivonia. They have an opportunity available for a Candidate Attorney - a individuals with a passion for law and who interested in completing a 2 year Article program in Commercial / Employment / Family law at their firm. They are look for a professional, detail-oriented, organised individual who is fluent in both English and Afrikaans. Preference will be given to the candidate who live in or around the Rivonia area. If this is you and you meet with the requirements set out below and are Immediately availability , you may be the right person to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to): Court appearances - m ust be able to travel to various courts in and around Johannesburg Serve and file Court documents and represent clients in court. Attend meetings. Analyse, draft, and review legal documents including contracts, settlements, and legal correspondence, under the guidance of experienced attorneys. Conduct research. Assist senior Associates with reasonable requests General Administration Stay updated with the latest legal precedents and legislative changes. Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and client advice. Experience, Skills and Qualification Required: Vacation work would be an advantage Fluent in both English and Afrikaans , Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written in English and Afrikaans. Valid driver's license and own vehicle a must Must reside in the Sandton area Matric Completed LLB Law Degree from a recognised SA University Emotional intelligence. A strong work ethic Diligent and pro-active. R8 000.00 ctc per month plus a tank of petrol per month
