Requirements:
- Matric/National Senior Certificate
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
- Previous experience within the property industry preferred
- Proven track record of targets vs. achievements
- Computer Literate (Ms Office Suite Applications)
Key Performance Areas:
- Identifying potential clients and properties
- Lead generation
- Research properties
- Contact lead prospects
- Manage lead distribution
- Manage all outbound calls and solve queries
- Present qualified leads to sales agents for follow up
- Capture relevant information onto database
- Maintain strong relations with all team members
In return this opportunity will offer a permanent employment opportunity with a leading real estate team. Remuneration will include a Basic Salary plus an Aggressive Commission structure.
