We are recruiting for a Retail Fundi to join our dynamic team. The Retail Fundi will be responsible for Delivering Exceptional Customer Satisfaction inline with below. Quick check of hardware (MRI). Apple Software support and updates (not applicable to third party software). Email Support and set up. Time Machine set up. iCloud and Apple ID Support. Make OS Installer disks for clients. Every fundi booking should be a booking with details via the website. Trade in-assessments are to be authorised by Branch/Assistant Manager. Understanding of Microsoft Office.
