Car Rental Dispatch Administrator - Cape Town City Centre

This is a leading Car Rental Company that prides itself on service excellence, as they continue to grow, they need a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support the Dispatch team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, you will be responsible for data capture, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to vehicle management and dispatch operations, while the primary focus of this role is administrative, you must also be willing to assist with outdoor duties in the depot as needed.

Essential Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
A minimum of 2 years of Admin experience (Car Rental, Fleet or Logistics)
A good command of the English Language
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Good Computer Skills (MS Office Suite is essential)
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
In good physical condition and can endure extended periods outside
Stable and consistent work history
