Requirements- Ability to do SHIFT WORK
- Matric (valid drivers license)
- Clear CREDIT record on the credit bureau.
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
- Min 2 years supervisory experience managing staff
- Ability to multi-task in a pressurised environment
- Essential to be very well groomed and spoken
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
DUTIES:- Working under pressure managing a team consisting of car rental agents and administrators
- Extensive customer service and delivering superior service
- Meet and Greeting of Clients
- Training of staff
- Understanding all options available to clients and being available to problem solve with problems that could occur
- Dealing with clients locally and from overseas
- General administration duties linked to all areas of the business
- Ensuring excellent quality control with all vehicles
- Upselling of various products available
- Buiding excellent relationships with clients
- Ensuring the team can work efficiently and effectively to the best top standards
Salary: R dependent on experience,plus company car and petrol
