As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to your assigned residents. This includes adhering to care plans, ensuring patient comfort, and fostering a safe and therapeutic environment. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Personal Care: Attend to activities as per the care plan, including personal hygiene, incontinence care, dressing, feeding, and companionship for your assigned residents. Administration & Reporting: Chart and timestamp all activities on Healthcare, following company procedures. Report any changes or causes of concern in a resident’s condition promptly to the Duty Sister. Patient Care (according to care plan): Follow the care plan diligently and document activities on Healthcare. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents, aligning with the care plan and individual diagnoses. Company Policies & Procedures: Adhere to company rules, policies, and procedures. Treat all residents with respect and dignity. Infection Control: Comply with company policies and procedures related to infection control. Maintain good personal hygiene as per relevant policies. Requirements: Grade: 10, 11, 12 and upwards. Carer training from a reputable organisation available. SETA accreditation certificate will be given. Willing to apply for a passport. Salary. R20 000 to R40 000 monthly. Medical insurance included.
