You will provide compassionate assistance, emotional support, and practical guidance to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Offering companionship and a listening ear to patients in need. Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Supporting patients in participating in therapeutic activities and social interactions. Assisting with medication management and monitoring the well-being of patients. Maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress. Minimum requirements: Compassionate and empathetic nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Prior experience in mental health care or a related field is preferred but not required.
