We are looking for a Qualifed Carpenter for a 6 month construction project. As part of our team, you will contribute to crafting the unique aesthetic and structural elements of this upscale hospitality space.Responsibilities:- Interpret and work from construction plans and blueprints for the project- Execute precision carpentry work, including framing, moulding, and finishing- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of carpentry tasks- Uphold high standards of craftsmanship to meet the hotel's quality expectations- Safely use and maintain a variety of hand and power tools relevant to the trade- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on-siteRequirements:- Proven experience in carpentry within the construction industry- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in hotel construction- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work- Physical fitness and stamina for on-site construction tasks- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocolsWeekly payments are offered for this position, and we are open to negotiating terms to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement.
