A well-established organization in Pretoria - East is seeking a FEMALE Case and Office Administrator Assistant in the Medcial field to join their team. Salary will be discussed in the interview. C ase administrator assistant is responsible for assisting the case manager with the billing, reconciling, and authorisations To ensure an effective and efficient process of the billing to the final settling of the patient account – Medical Aid & private Follow up – patient liabilities and outstanding amounts. (Comprehensive) knowledge of Medical Schemes benefits, processes, and benefits. (Comprehensive) understanding of ICD-10 and prescribed minimum benefits (PMB) Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality Financial administrator assistant Reconcile invoices Petty cash & Credit Card control Liaising with outsourced Financial management Experience with basic accounting procedures Stock control & procurement assistant Liaising with service providers Stock control in Admin Department & Coffeeshop Experience with basic administrative procedures All tasks relevant to the smooth running of administrative duties Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Preferably proficient in medical administration programs. Effective organizational skills and attention to detail. High sense of responsibility and the ability to organise effectively. Ability regarding accuracy and to focus on detail. Ability to work under pressure while always being client centric Confidentiality NB Professional conduct & appearance Educational Qualifications: Tertiary education - Accounting & Administration or 4-year experience - preferably in medical field Work Experience: Previous experience with all relevant aspects in dealing with Medical aids, Case management, Debtors & Creditors, Stock management & Procurement. Dealing with patients and/or clients Experience in a mental health facility is advantageous Language: English & Afrikaans: Reading & Writing skills. Apply Now
