Role Description and Key responsibilitiesTo oversee and undertake all aspects of case management working closely with the Director/Clinical Lead and associate psychologist teamTo take new enquiries/ referrals from solicitors, private clients and any other customers by telephone, email and postTo provide (and chase) quotes and CVs to instructing partiesTo prepare instructions for experts, arrange appointments, chase and submit reports and create invoices, also chasing invoices when the accounts administrator is on leave/absentTo cover Accounts Administrator as and when requiredTo contact and liaise with experts to explain case details and establish timescales for casesTo manage and update the case management database and case management boards (in Asana project management software) on a daily basisTo ensure timely submission of reports by liaising with expertsTo liaise with experts to obtain relevant documents for their registration and undertake a yearly review of registration documents for all experts and keep database and dropbox folders updated, deleting case file information no longer needed in accordance with data protection guidelines.To complete annual data security training (online)To monitor the case load of expertsTo obtain feedback from solicitors and other instructing partiesTo raise the profile of CPS at all opportunitiesTo work along with other members of the team and cover them during annual leave, sick leave etc. Apply Now
