Responsibilities and Duties • Daily capturing and processing of bank statements for allocated entities •Weekly (and ad-hoc) capturing and processing of payments for all entities • Monthly bank reconciliations for all entities • Working with the team leader on the preparation of Weekly Cash Flow Reporting & the management thereof. • Preparing BOP forms for all international inward & outward transactions. • Work with team leader on analysis of Bank Accounts & sweeping thereof. • Monitoring and supervising the capturing of all journals related to the various cashbook accounts. • Liaising with banks on all administrative matters eg. new users, limits, etc Assist in supervision of junior cash administrator Qualifications and Skills Experience working with multiple currencies essential BCom degree in Accounting/Finance / Relevant Accounting education Proven work experience in this role of 3 years Hands-on experience with accounting software Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel 2 years experience managing/supervising a team Must have valid passport / permanent residency Hours & Benefits Monday to Friday (7:20-16:20) with alternate Saturdays (8-12) We’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our company and to be an integral part of the Finance team in South Africa .
