An opportunity exists for a competent and detail-oriented Cashbook Clerk with previous finance/accounts experience to join our company within the Hospitality Industry based in Durban. Duties & Responsibilities: Computerised Cashbooks monthly on Pastel Evolution & reconciled to bank statements. Reconciling of hotel banking to bank statements i.e. cash and speedpoint banking, etc. Capture all companies' EFT payments with speed and accuracy & prepare detailed EFT Requisitions for all Cashbook Payments using the FNB Online Banking system. Requirements: Computer literate in, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and a vast knowledge of Pastel Evolution. Grade 12 with good interpersonal and communication skills. 3 - 4 years' experience in an accounts environment. The ability to work accurately, under pressure, and meet deadlines & must be strong on recons and give attention to detail.
