We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our retail team as a Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. The employee will be responsible for the following tasks but not limited to the following: Manage transactions with customers using POS Scan and weigh goods and ensure pricing is accurate Collect payments whether in cash or card Cross-sell products and introduce new ones Resolve customer complaints, guide them through purchases and provide relevant information Greet customers when entering or leaving the store Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Bag, box or gift-wrap packages Handle merchandise returns and exchanges Participate actively in all in-store promotions Be an active ambassador of the company Any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer's business as the employer may from time to time direct. 1. Clear ITC and Crim 2. Matric Ess 3. At least 2 years relevant experience 4. Flexible, Adaptable, Reliable, Honest 5. Experience within the South Asian FMCG Industry advantegous 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Willing to learn Market related
