Job brief To overseer the daily operations of the kitchens in order to meet the company's requirement for the preparation and serving of meals to residents as per set standards and code of practices Responsibilities To ensure compliance to legal health regulations and company's Health, Safety and Environmental standards and code of practices. To ensure that hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and industrial change house facilities are maintained. To inspect and ensure compliance with Impala's prescribed menu and specifications. To adhere to dietary specifications and Mining Charter requirements. To inspect and ensure that kitchen and refrigeration maintenance equipments are available and in good condition. To ensure that there is regular inspection on facility structures. To overseer the daily food presentation and serving control at the dining areas and monitor the point-of-sale system and network integration functionality. To ensure that point of sales system is operational To ensure maintenance of stock levels and quality controls of all goods received and in hand. To champion the point of sale, inventory and reporting system Requirements Grade 12 /NQF Level 4 Certificate is essential Studying towards a Diploma/Degree in Finance/HR is an advantage 2 years experience in the catering environment is essential Valid medical certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate Apply Now
