Our client is a well-established construction company based in Mossel Bay. They are involved in a variety of projects covering all disciplines of civil engineering.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of tender documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender process
- Involved in the calculation of quantities for cost estimates of civil works
- Planning and organizing tasks that form part of the tender
- Identification and analysis of technical requirements of a tender
- A relevant post matric technical qualification would be ideal
- Minimum of 5-year relevant tender experience in a Civil Construction environment
- Experience with CCS
- Experience with Colto & Sans 1200 specifications
- A valid driving license
- Computer skills
