We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CCTV Control Room Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will monitor our video surveillance systems, ensuring the safety and security of our customers premises. 1. Monitor multiple surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activities. 2. Operate and troubleshoot surveillance software and hardware. 3. Coordinate with security personnel during emergency situations. 4. Maintain logs and records of incidents. 5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. 6. Follow emergency response procedures as needed. 7. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of surveillance data. • Valid Psira Registration with minimum Grade C. • Must reside within Krugersdorp Municipal Area. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a security control room. • Must be computer literate. • Strong attention to detail. • Assertive and professional at all times. • Ability to multitask. • Quick decision-making skills for emergancy situations and work under pressure. • Good problem-solving abilities. • Good telephone etiquette and communication skills. • Proficient in English and Afrikaans. • Prepared to work shifts. • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. • Shift allowances for night and weekend work.
