Specific Duties to Be Performed: 1. Manage Control Room Team. 2. Monitor all cameras in Control Room. 3. Monitor and observe staff movement and procedural compliance. 4. Time based CCTV monitoring template to be completed by the Operator at set time intervals confirming the JD and monitoring requirements of each camera. 5. Investigate incidents via camera footage inclusive of footage backup. 6. Incident reporting and recording. 7. Start, middle and end of day reporting. 8. Ensure all equipment/ cameras in working order 9. End of day reporting. 10. Alarm Monitoring and Tracking 11. Monitor CCTV operational processes. 12. Obtain Camera Footage from NVR when requested. 13. Technical Fault finding and Site Management. 14. Daily update on tasks completed and reporting of incomeplete tasks to Management immediately. 15. After Hours remote problem solving and follow-up with Controllers. Grade 12 / Matric CCTV Managegerial skills level 1 OHS R11000.00 p/m - Shift Work
