Comprehends and makes inferences from written materials including discipline-specific procedures, technical documentation, customer requirements, and other resources. Cooperate with various team members, including Project Managers and Implementation consultants. Ability to Define, analyse, and interpret client business needs and procedures autonomously, aligning them with project objectives. Develop user documentation and guidance materials for customers. In depth knowledge of Sage products (Sage 200 specifically). Certified Sage ERP trainer. Conduct software training for end-users both remotely and in person, sometimes training several customers simultaneously.
