This role reports to the CEO and will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health and stability. Key responsibilities include reviewing trial balances, advising on incentive programs, guiding and training accountants, and managing dealership finances, optimizing cash flow, evaluating departmental performance, and preparing budgets. Additionally, the CFO will ensure proper payroll processing, engaging in contract management, liaising with auditors, and handling B-BBEE submissions and various ad hoc queries.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- Franchise experience is advantageous
- Evolve / Autoline experience advantageous
- 8 -10 years relevant automotive experience
- managerial experience is non-negotiable
