We are seeking a seasoned and strategic CFO to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our manufacturing company. As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, providing financial leadership and strategic insights to senior management, and ensuring strong financial performance that supports our long-term growth objectives. Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business plan. Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting revenue, expenses and cash flow. Assume full responsibility for the Accounting, Supply Chain and IT departments. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting (GAAP compliance). Manage risk assessment and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks Analyse financial data and identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and secure financing as needed. Manage investor relations and ensure effective communication of the company's financial performance. Lead the internal audit function and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance regulations. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technology. Partner with other Business Unit Leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Accounting [CA SA] or Finance [or equivalent]. 10 years experience in a Senior Financial Leadership Role, within the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a finance team. Deep understanding of Financial Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Reporting Standards. Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. Knowledge of Risk Management Principles. Proficiency in Financial Management Software (Pastel), ERP systems and Microsoft, especially Excel. Negotiable on qualifiations and experience Apply Now
