Senior Change Manager Contract Duration: 3 Months (20 Hours per week), On-site in Sandton Candidate Requirements: Non-Negotiable Requirements: Extensive experience in leading and managing complex, organization-wide change initiatives within the financial services sector. Proven track record in overseeing business and IT change initiatives across large-scale organizations (experience in financial services and technology sectors preferred). Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders effectively. Expertise in change management methodologies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and development of strategic change plans. Proficiency in engaging stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to operational staff. Specific Additional Experience: Senior Change Manager with a focus on supporting organization-wide change initiatives within a group platform context. Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading and managing strategic change initiatives across complex, large-scale organizations. Accreditation or formal qualification in change management is desirable. Statement of Work Key Outputs: Develop Change Management Plan and Approach: Create a comprehensive strategy and plan for managing change. Ensure acceptance and alignment with business objectives. Stakeholder Buy-in and Support: Engage stakeholders to secure commitment and advocacy for change initiatives. Ensure clarity on planned changes and their implications. Impact and Readiness Assessment: Assess the readiness of stakeholders, processes, and technology for proposed changes. Identify and communicate risks and issues related to readiness. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish productive relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues. Teamwork, Self-Management, and Alignment: Demonstrate adherence to organizational values and procedures. Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborative team dynamics. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure stakeholders are informed, satisfied, and engaged throughout the change process. Deliver high-quality service in accordance with agreed deadlines. Additional Responsibilities: Fulfill responsibilities in a timely manner, demonstrating strong self-management skills. Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a positive organizational culture. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of driving transformative change within a dynamic organizational environment.
