Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Define and drive a trade marketing strategy aligned with market sizes & opportunities in Africa. Market Planning & Analysis: Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing strategies. Conceptualization, Production, and Implementation: Connect marketing toolkits and calibrate them based on market/brand needs. Promotion, Campaigns & Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and plan and execute promotional campaigns and trade promotions. Stakeholder Management: Build and lead a high-performing team and collaborate with markets, agencies, and cross-functional hubs. Key Competencies and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. 8-10 years of experience in trade marketing, focusing on the African market. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
