Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for management review.
2. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
3. Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
4. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
5. Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.
6. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
7. Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
8. Provide financial guidance and advice to management on strategic and operational decisions.
9. Supervise and mentor junior staff members in the finance department.
10. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.
Required Skills
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required.
3. Minimum of [1] years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Newly qualified CA's also welcome to apply.
4. Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and auditing standards.
5. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
