Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification CA (SA) and articles at reputable audit firms Member of SAICA At least 7 years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment Fully computer literate (word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4 Hana) Working knowledge of IFRS accounting guidelines and evidence of technical competencies in recent IFRS standards Ability to apply skills across a broad spectrum of financial disciplines (costing, accounting, asset management, etc.) Ability to work independently and under pressure as well as multitasking Sound knowledge of Financial and Controlling principles Sound communication skills as well as Interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict management skills Analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills Desired Skills: Chartered Accountant SAICA Degree Desired Qualification Level: Degree About The Employer: We are passionate professionals driven to provide Payroll and HR solutions that deliver true business value to your organisation.
