Position Overview: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in kitchen operations, contributing to the development and execution of culinary offerings. The ideal candidate should have at least entry-level experience, preferably with formal culinary education, and be eager to take their career to the next level in a new and exciting environment in Germany or Austria. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to prepare and present high-quality dishes. Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet the company's standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. Collaborate with team members to innovate and enhance menu offerings. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Requirements Previous experience in a culinary role, with at least entry-level expertise. Formal culinary education is highly desirable. Strong passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to relocate to Germany or Austria for the position.
