Key Responsibilities:

Classify new raw materials and assess compliance of all substances.
Ensure adherence to specific regulatory requirements
Verify R&D threshold requirements and specific purposes for R&D activities.
Conduct patent searches related to new raw materials.
Managing the yearly submission of regulatory documentation and reporting to the respective international authorities
Investigate and track other compliance requirements.
Approve NPR samples for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with specific country requirements.
Oversee import/export regulations, including registrations and Certificates of Compliance
Maintain the regulatory matrix with regional listings.
Promote sustainability and recycling initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance notifications for internal and OEM clients.
Publish a quarterly regulatory newsletter.
Offer customer support and guidance on regulatory matters.
Conduct testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
Proven experience in chemical regulatory compliance.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry will be beneficial.
Strong knowledge of local, national, and international chemical regulations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in regulatory tracking and compliance software.
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with industry-related certifications and testing standards would be an advantage
