A vacancy exists for a Chemist at our Production facility in Westmead The overall scope of role is to assist the business with research and development of new products, while maintaining and enhancing existing products. To ensure that quality and efficiency in the production department is maintained. The key responsibility of the role: • Research and Development • Quality Control • Product Supervision • Attend to equipment breakdowns • Support engineering projects • Maintenance Administration Minimum Requirements: Tertiary Qualification – BSc or HND or equivalent Chemistry degree is essential Minimum 5 years' experience within the Adhesive Industry or similar is essential Must have solvent and water based adhesive technology experience Starting date is: As soon as possible Salary: Market related Apply via PNET or infothewrightrecrutiment.co.za and i will reply back with shortlisting questions
