At RPO Recruitment, we are currently seeking a highly experienced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our client's team in Sandton, Johannesburg. As the CFO, you will play a key role in managing our company's finances, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and policies to support our company's objectives. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze our financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to our executive team. To be successful in this role, you must have proven work experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, and an MBA or CA(SA) qualification is highly desirable. You should have strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations, as well as experience in a leadership position. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are also essential.
