Duties include but are not limited too: Provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director Provide leadership, direction and management of the Finance, Costing, HR, Payroll, Stores and Services team Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions (this includes tax planning and compliance) Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and liaison with company secretaries. Investing funds and liaison with banks Preparation of weekly cash flow Liaison with Insurers Approving purchase requisitions Review and approval of monthly salaries Education: BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance BCom Honours in Accounting field CIMA Advantageous Job Experience & Skills Required: At least 10 years consistent management experience Industry experience: Manufacturing/Mining/ Metal Experience with forecasts, budgets and reporting Advanced Excel skills Experience with Pastel advantageous Financial acumen Assertive personality Excellent communication skills Team player Organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure Deadline driven APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
