My client, a renowned brand and Below-the Line marketing agency, seeks a High-flight GROWTH MANAGER to expand business and lead sales teams and strategies. They are looking for someone wanting to take their career to the next level and even potentially become a partner in the business. Degree or Diploma in Marketing related field ideal 7 years' experience min in a Chief Growth Officer or Sales Management/Head of Sales role Someone who has built a network of clients and can bring them "to the party" A background in Retail/Brand Solutions with some BTL agency exposure Bring on board new clients Strong leadership skills in managing a sales team to target Good contacts within the Retail/Brand solutions field and able to grow the marketshare of the company with this knowledge Able to analyse and lead data
