As a Chief Instructor, you'll not only pilot UAV's but also design comprehensive training courses, oversee instructor performance, and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence. This position is based in Airport City, Cape Town.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the training syllabus is current as per the newest procedures.
- Plan and run pilot training courses.
- Develop procedures to qualify new pilots and check rides for incumbent pilots.
- Fly as internal pilot as and when requested.
- Maintain and update training files.
- Will be expected to go on deployment away from home from time to time.
- Commercial pilot with instrument flight and instructor rating (does not need to be current)
- 5 years' experience required
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound knowledge of aviation technical standards and regulations
