Duties and Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute operational policies, processes, and standards to ensure systematic and effective business strategies.
- Supervise all aspects of daily operations, including finance, human resources, technology, facilities management, and risk management.
- Identify topics for improvement and apply initiatives to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced Degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 10 years of experience in operations management within the professional services industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and lead organizational change.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across all levels of the organization.
