Job brief Our client, a reputable state-owned development finance bank, is looking for a Chief Technology & Operations Officer (CTOO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of their business. The role holder will be responsible for the overall planning, directing, and managing of all the aspects of Technology and Operations. You will communicate with employees and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the entity's technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. You are expected to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we'd like to engage you. Requirements. Experience. Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role. More than 15 years ICT practical experience, ICT Senior & Executive experience and Sound experience in a banking operations environment. More than 10 years' IT Executive Management Experience. More than 10 years' experience in Operations Management in a banking environment. Skills. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. Understanding of budgets and business-planning. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. Excellent communication skills. Leadership and organizational abilities Strategic thinking Problem-solving aptitude. Qualification/s. Honours Degree / Post Graduate Degree – Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Information Systems or related field or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus. Market related salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
