Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic vision and leadership for IT initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Direct planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to improve cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop IT strategy supporting business initiatives.
- Manage resources, budgets, and personnel to achieve strategic IT and business goals.
- Integrate acquired businesses' systems holistically into the Bank's environment.
- Oversee delivery of services within budget and schedules, resolving issues proactively.
- Drive operational efficiencies, control budgets, and improve SLAs to clients.
- Support extant systems, especially related to income, compliance, and risk management.
- Develop strategic roadmap for digital and data strategies, enhancing intercommunication.
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and management to optimize benefit-to-cost ratios.
- Foster strategic relationships with vendor partners for mutual success.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:- 15 yrs + IT experience
- 8 yrs + in a managerial role
- 5 yrs + in the Banking industry
- Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role
