Cisco Engineer role open for an experienced Engineer to join our client’s team in technically supporting their clients. Duties will include: Interacting with clients Escalating unresolved problems and issues to the relevant third parties. Ensuring the co-ordination of activities with engineers, in line with performance targets, and monitoring the work done Writing proposals and maintaining project documentation. Assisting with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes. Acting as a coach and mentor to junior implementation engineers and technicians Required: Degree/Diploma in IT Cisco CCIE - lab qualification Cisco Decentre Networking knowledge and deployment experience Cisco SDA deployment experience Cisco DNAC deployment experience Cisco SD-WAN deployment experience Fortinet SD-WAN knowledge Cisco Meraki deployment experience 8 years field experience in deployment and support enterprise networks
